Colissimo/Colis Privé Home Delivery: the usual delivery time for an order in mainland France, Belgium, and Italy is 5 to 6 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays

Chronopost home delivery: for express 24-hour delivery in mainland France if the order is placed before 7:45 a.m. on the day before the desired delivery date. This service is not available for Corsica.

Upon receipt of your order placed on www.novexpert-lab.com, you have a statutory period of 14 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to return, at your own expense, the item or items for which you would like a refund. Products must be kept in their original packaging and must not have been opened. For more information, please see our terms and conditions. 

I WANT TO MAKE A RETURN

1) Submit a return request, simply explaining your reason, by contacting Gaëlle at contact@novexpert-lab.com. You will receive the return label by email, along with a barcode allowing you to drop it off free of charge at a pickup point or post office.

2) Place the product(s) in a shipping box.

3) Drop off your parcel at one of the pickup points or at the nearest post office and present the barcode received by email.
