Home Delivery Colissimo/Colis Privé with signature: the typical delivery time for an order within mainland France is 5 to 6 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Chronopost home delivery: for express 24-hour delivery within mainland France if the order is placed before 7:45 AM the day before the desired delivery date. This service is not available for Corsica.

DO I WANT TO MAKE A RETURN?

1) Submit a return request explaining your reason simply by contacting Gaëlle at contact@novexpert-lab.com. You will receive a return label by email, along with a barcode allowing you to drop off the package free of charge at a relay point or post office.

2) Place the product(s) in a shipping box.

3) Drop off your package at the nearest relay point or post office and present the barcode received by email.
