Greater burdock extract (80 mg)

Burdock is traditionally used in herbal medicine for its purifying properties. It is known to promote the elimination of toxins and help balance oily or blemish-prone skin.

EXTRACT OF STINGING NETTLE, (200 mg, standardized to 1% beta-sitosterols)

Why this ingredient? Like saw palmetto, nettle is known to affect 5α-reductase activity, helping to limit the amount of DHT that can accelerate hair loss. Some molecules in nettle also have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, both of which are essential for protecting the scalp.

Grape seed extract (64 mg)

Grape seed extract is rich in proanthocyanidins (OPCs), powerful antioxidants that help protect skin cells from oxidative stress and preserve the quality of skin tissue.

Milk thistle extract (175 mg)

Milk thistle is a plant traditionally used for its antioxidant and detoxifying properties. By supporting the body’s natural elimination processes, it indirectly contributes to clearer skin.

ZINC (10mg - bisglycinate)

Why this ingredient? Zinc is a trace element essential for the proper functioning of over 300 enzymes, including those involved in protein synthesis and cell division. Hair follicles are among the body’s fastest-renewing tissues: without enough zinc, keratin production and the hair growth cycle are disrupted. This essential mineral also has antioxidant properties and helps regulate inflammation. It contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and hair.

Vitamin E (12 mg)

Vitamin E is an antioxidant vitamin. It works in synergy with vitamin C. Together, they help protect molecules from oxidative stress and damage caused by oxidizing molecules (free radicals). It plays a protective role and helps prevent damage. Vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stress.

How to use it correctly?

Our clinical studies were conducted over this period (56 days, or about 2 months), so we can guarantee that the product is effective. This is also the time needed for the nutrients to reach your skin (as they may be used by other organs), for changes to take effect, and for them to become visible. Afterward, to maintain the results, allow your body to adapt to its new function, and avoid causing an abrupt change, we recommend continuing the course for a full month (1 pack), taking 1 capsule per day. IMPORTANT: if you would like to take several courses at the same time, please refer to the FAQ question “Can I take several courses at the same time?”.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. For adults only. As a precaution, we prefer not to recommend this dietary supplement to pregnant and/or breastfeeding women.
