Why 5 Omegas and not one? What are they for ?

Omegas are very good lipids, essential for maintaining well-protected skin, avoiding dehydration or dryness and limiting the signs of aging. In health, they also contribute to good brain development, limit cardiovascular risks and help maintain good vision.
