To perform a peeling under good conditions, follow our essential advice: do a peeling at most once every 2 days, in a course of 2 to 3 months maximum. And after a peeling, don’t skip cleansing (choose sulfate-free and physiologic pH (between 4.5 and 5)) and remember to hydrate your skin well and protect it with sunscreen if exposed.
