CAN I TAKE SEVERAL SUPPLEMENT PROGRAMS AT THE SAME TIME?
It is possible to take 2 different Novexpert dietary supplements at the same time, for example STRONG HAIR & CLEAR SKIN.
In that case, take 1 capsule per day of each supplement, i.e. 2 capsules total per day. Why? Because depending on your diet and its nutrient richness, we want to make sure you don't exceed the recommended daily doses.
2 is good, 3 is too much! We recommend not exceeding the use of two Novexpert dietary supplements at the same time. You have all year to alternate between them and enjoy their benefits.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS COMPATIBLE WITH DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS FROM OTHER BRANDS?
This depends on the composition of the dietary supplement. To answer accurately, we need to take into account interactions, nutrient absorption, maximum daily nutrient doses, etc. That's why we recommend consulting your doctor before combining any dietary supplement from different brands.
WHAT TIME OF DAY SHOULD I TAKE MY SUPPLEMENT PROGRAM?
Ideally, our dietary supplements should be taken between meals with a large glass of water. Why? Because the nutrients that make them up are hydrophilic, meaning they mix with water. Their absorption will therefore be better if they are swallowed only with water and not with a meal containing fats.
WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO STORE MY DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS?
- In a dry place, as humidity can destroy certain active ingredients.
- Away from light and heat (max 25°C if possible). Excessive temperature or direct light could destabilize or reduce the effectiveness of certain nutrients.
Places to avoid: the bathroom and next to your stovetop (steam release). Places to prefer: the dining room (away from light), the kitchen, or the bedroom.
You can leave your dietary supplements in the doypack provided or transfer them into a clean container, ideally opaque.
CAN THE CAPSULES BE OPENED AND EMPTIED OF THEIR CONTENTS?
Ideally, the capsules should not be opened, as they have been designed to protect the nutrients as much as possible and deliver them to the right place in your body. Effectiveness will therefore be maximal when taken directly.
However, if you cannot swallow the capsules, several options are possible:
- Swallow them with a piece of bread or other food; for some people this is easier than with water.
- Open them and disperse the contents in water, yogurt, applesauce, etc. However, the mixture may not be completely uniform, as our dietary supplements are not formulated for this.
CAN DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS BE TAKEN CONTINUOUSLY, ALL YEAR ROUND?
We recommend supplement programs of at least 2 months (for skin) and at least 3 months (for hair), ideally followed by a one-month maintenance period, meaning 1 capsule per day instead of two. These programs can be repeated 2 to 3 times a year depending on your needs.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS 100% NATURAL?
To ensure effectiveness on targeted issues, our dietary supplements contain a trio of active ingredients: vitamins, trace elements, and plant extracts.
However, there are very few natural vitamins available in dietary supplements (the only ones being: vitamins C, D, and E). Furthermore, if you wanted to use natural vitamin C from acerola, for example, you would need about 500mg to cover 100% of daily needs, leaving no room for other active ingredients.
Our vitamins are therefore not all natural, but they have the same structure as those our body produces and/or uses. They are also highly bioavailable, pure, and stable, 3 essential criteria for effectiveness.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE IN FRANCE AND DEVELOPED BY YOUR TEAM?
All our dietary supplements are conceived, formulated, manufactured, and packaged in France, packaging included. Why look elsewhere when everything is available nearby?

ARE YOUR CAPSULES MADE WITH GELATIN?
We have chosen a 3rd generation HPMC capsule, in simple terms: the latest version of a 100% plant-based capsule on the market. Its advantages are numerous:
- 100% plant-based, made from plant cellulose. It therefore contains no gelatin.
- It is the only capsule that can be certified organic and vegan.
- Its manufacturing process involves water but no other processing aids.

NO, none of our dietary supplements contain titanium dioxide.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS COMPATIBLE WITH PREGNANCY OR BREASTFEEDING?
100% of our dietary supplements have no contraindications for pregnant or breastfeeding women under French regulations. BUT, as Laboratoires Novexpert is an ethical company, as a precaution, we prefer to recommend that pregnant and breastfeeding women not take dietary supplements without the advice of a healthcare professional.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS COMPATIBLE WITH MEDICAL TREATMENTS?
Under French regulations, our dietary supplements can be taken alongside medical treatment, with the exception of Peau Apaisée (Soothed Skin), which is not recommended for people on anticoagulant treatment (notably due to the presence of Vitamin K), as stated on the pack.
However, for any specific question regarding a particular medical treatment, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before taking dietary supplements.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN?
Novexpert dietary supplements, like most on the market, are intended for adults only. Nutrient needs (vitamins and trace elements) vary depending on age and life stage. Our dietary supplements have been formulated to meet the daily needs of adults (> 18 years old).
DOES THE STRONG HAIR PROGRAM CAUSE MORE BODY HAIR GROWTH?
No, our hair dietary supplements do not cause body hair growth. Hair loss is, moreover, rarely correlated with a decrease in body hair. This is explained by the mechanism of action of the STRONG HAIR dietary supplements, which target the cause of hair loss, notably a specific enzyme called 5-alpha-reductase. Hair has receptors for this molecule, and if it is too active it can accelerate hair loss. This is not the case for body hair, which does not have the same receptors or the same mechanism.
