Are there any essential oils in Novexpert products?

Novexpert has excluded essential oils from its formulation charter. Although they are natural compounds, they are highly allergenic. They can contain 200 to 600 different molecules! Anyone of them could cause an allergy (statistical law).

The use of essential oils therefore does not make it possible to be compatible with all types of skin, especially sensitive skin, nor to have hypoallergenic products.

In addition, Novexpert products could not be compatible with pregnant and breastfeeding women. Most essential oils are potentially neurotoxic and can cause abortion. Indeed, they have the ability to penetrate the layers of the skin to the blood. They therefore reach the baby.

In addition, essential oils that have an effect on the hormonal system (called hormone-like) should also be avoided. They are therefore considered as Endocrine Disruptors.

Can I go out in the sun with the vitamin C booster?

Yes, the Vitamin C Booster can be applied every day, before, during or after sun exposure.

Thanks to our stabilized vitamin C complex, it is protected from destruction by light and heat. The pH of the Booster is close to that of the skin, so it is compatible with all skin types, even sensitive skin. 

The vitamin C booster is: non-photo-allergic, non-phototoxic and non-photosensitive.

Can I use Novexpert products on my children?

Yes, Novexpert products are 100% hypoallergenic and 0% allergenic.

They are specially formulated to minimize the risk of allergies. The products are rigorously tested, certified, designed and controlled by specialized doctors.

I am vegan, can I use Novexpert products?

Yes, all Novexpert products are Vegan compatible.

I am a man, can I use Novexpert products?

All Novexpert products can be used by both men and women. They do not contain any phytohormones.

I am pregnant, can I use Novexpert products?

All Novexpert products are suitable for pregnant women for 5 reasons:

Novexpert formulas do not contain formulas from Vitamin A formulas. Novexpert formulas contain biodegradable ingredients and are therefore not kept in the umbilical cord. Novexpert formulas do not contain endocrine disruptors (= natural or chemical hormone that can affect the development of the baby, suspected but not proven) like soy isoflavones, parabens and some other preservatives like triclosan or chemical sunscreens...The last reason is that pregnant women's skin is more sensitive, so the mention " Hypoallergenic The last reason is that pregnant women's skin is more sensitive, so the " " label is indeed a plus for them.

How long can Novexpert products be used before opening? After opening?

Before opening, Novexpert products can be kept for 3 years.

After opening, Novexpert products can be used for 6 months.

Are Novexpert products tested on animals?

No, no Novexpert product is tested on animals. Animal testing of cosmetic products is prohibited by the European Regulation 1223/2009.

Are Novexpert products certified organic?

Most Novexpert products are certified organic. 

Those that are not are either Ecocert Ecological Cosmetics certified (products released before 2017) or Cosmos Natural (after 2017).

What is the origin of the ingredients in Novexpert products?

Novexpert formulas are 100% natural in origin.

Novexpert products are 100% Made In France.

They are designed, manufactured, assembled and packaged in France.

Do you know the Chevreuse Valley? Located a few kilometres south-west of Paris, the Vallée de Chevreuse Regional Nature Park is a wooded, peaceful valley between town and country. It is an ideal place to get away from the urban lifestyle, discover authentic landscapes and take a breath of fresh air. It is in this idyllic setting that we wanted to set down our suitcases to imagine and create Novexpert products. It is, more precisely, in Gometz-la-Ville that we have found refuge for 10 years now.

Are your containers recyclable? 

All our bottles are made from recycled plastic and can be recycled (dispose of them entirely in the yellow bin).

What are the delivery times?

Colis Privé delivery in 3 working days in France.

Mondial Relay delivery in 4 working days in France.

Chronopost Express guarantees delivery before 1pm the next day for all orders placed from Monday to Thursday before 12pm and delivery on Saturday before 1pm for all orders placed on Friday before 12pm.

MY ORDER

How do I track my order?

As soon as the order is
validated and prepared by our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email, on which you will find the tracking number
of the
chosen carrier . You can also find the tracking number by logging into your customer account. Just click on "track my package", the link will redirect you to the carrier's website.

Can I change my order?

Unfortunately, once your order has been validated, it is impossible for us to add or delete one or more products in your order.

Can I change the delivery address?

If you have entered the wrong delivery address
, we may still be able to change it.
This depends on the processing time at the warehouse. If it has already been processed, we will no longer be able to modify it. If not, we may be able to update it! Please contact us by e-mail [email protected] or by telephone on 01 60 12 77 44 to give us your new address.

Can I cancel my order?

It all depends on how it has been processed by the warehouse. If it has already been processed, we can no longer modify it. If not, we can update it.

REIMBURSEMENT

Can I be reimbursed for a product I ordered and used?

No, we do not have a "satisfied or refunded" policy. We only refund products that are in their original packaging, respecting a maximum period of 14 days after purchase (legal retraction period). For more details, please refer to article
11 of our GTC.

My parcel cannot be found, can I request a refund?

If you do not find your parcel after delivery, we invite you to check with your neighbours (neighbours, caretaker) and your post office.

As delivery is often contactless, directly to the letterbox, the deliveryman will drop off your parcel without having contacted you.

 

If you find yourself in this situation, please contact our customer service department on 01.60.12.77.44 who will find a solution.

I have returned products, how will I be refunded?

If you have returned products or refused to receive your package, a refund is possible if you respect the conditions of return (see Article 11 - Right of withdrawal of the GTC). You will then be reimbursed upon receipt of the undamaged products via the same method of payment used at the time of your purchase.

I have received damaged products, what can I do?

We invite you to contact our customer service department at [email protected] and send a photo of your damaged products to
. If the parcel in which you received your products was also in poor condition, don't hesitate to send us a photo of it too (it's important for us!).

I have lost my password, how do I retrieve it?

When you log in, click on "Forgot your password?", you will receive an email within a few minutes that will allow you to redefine your new password. Remember to check your spam.

How do I get my bill back?

It has been sent to you at

How do I convert my points into a promo code?
